  • Outstanding Service as Associate Editor for the year 2021, awarded every year to a single Associate Editor, IEEE Control Systems Letters, 2022.
  • SIAM Activity Group on Control and Systems Theory Prize 2021, awarded every two years to one outstanding early career researcher for distinguished contributions to the mathematical theory of systems and control, for "significant contributions to the development of innovative methodologies for the structural analysis of networked control systems and their applications to biological networks".
    Prize presented at the SIAM Conference on Control and Its Applications (CT21), Spokane (Washington), USA, July 19-21, 2021.
  • Outstanding Reviewer, Annals of Internal Medicine, 2020.
  • Nonlinear Analysis: Hybrid Systems Paper Prize 2017, awarded to the best paper published on the journal Nonlinear Analysis: Hybrid Systems in the triennium 2014-2016: "A switched system approach to dynamic race modelling", co-authored with F. Blanchini, D. Casagrande and U. Viaro.
